Why this course?

Description

Emergency first aid is immediate first aid with the aim to saving the patient’s life. Emergency first aid must be given without delay, because the first few minutes are crucial for the patient’s survival.

First aid administration must be started immediately when it is safe to do so. The patient’s own breathing is assessed and mouth-to-mouth respiration started, if necessary. If the patient’s heart is not breathing, cardiac massage is started.
