Description

Engine Room Resource Management (ERM) is a system of achieving safe engineering operations by proactively managing personnel, equipment, and information. On a ship, the engine room (ER) is the compartment where the machinery for marine propulsion is located.

This course is to gain a fundamental understanding of engine room resource management and to successfully participate in leadership and team exercises, thereby displaying knowledge of leadership, managerial skills, and team working skills.
